The Guwahati Biotech Park is an autonomous organization with broad and flexible capabilities to assist companies at all levels of product development. The GBP will manage the leasing of space and other support facilities of the incubation center in the park. The GBP will provide tax exemption and taxable debt and enter in to a variety of management, leasing, and development and/or financing arrangements best suited to a company’s needs.

The Guwahati Biotech Park will work with companies under various combinations to make available the following arrangements at the Park at the existing location.

• Build-to-suit lease
• Facility financing
• Full-building leases
